What you buy
Digital image files (wallpapers) delivered to your Gesso account as downloads. Single albums and bundles contain the paintings listed on their page at the time of purchase. Everything contains every album on the site and every album added later, for as long as your account exists. The free wallpaper you pick when creating an account is a gift and may be withdrawn if the account is closed.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files as wallpapers on devices you own. You may not resell, redistribute, publish the full-size files, or use them in products or services. The images remain Gesso's.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include 25 % Swedish VAT for customers in Sweden and the rest of the EU. Outside the EU no VAT is charged; the price is the same and your receipt says so. The country of your billing address decides. Stripe may show the amount in your own currency at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; Gesso never sees your card details.
Delivery
Albums are unlocked in your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Paintings you order yourself are delivered to your account within 48 hours.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital content delivered instantly is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your express consent, which you give at checkout. Faulty files are always replaced. Full policy under refunds.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. We may close accounts that share or resell files.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes can be taken to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
